In the rare event that the design or print on the received item significantly deviates from the provided design or has any noticeable discrepancies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
5. Cancellations:
Due to the on-demand nature of our products, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been sent to production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Please note that we partner with a third-party provider for printing and shipping. While we ensure that our provider meets high-quality standards, there may be occasional delays or discrepancies that are beyond our immediate control.
